Having collaborated with top-tier law firms in the City of London and now based in Los Angeles, Andreea is a practicing corporate attorney in both jurisdictions, and thus fluent in the corporate legal frameworks of both the United States and the United Kingdom. She routinely guides clients through the nuances of cross-border deal execution, bridging regulatory standards, aligning transaction structures, and translating jurisdictional differences to deliver seamless, commercially sound outcomes.

Andreea’s experience includes leading multimillion-dollar asset and stock acquisitions, advising on capital markets transactions, and handling corporate governance, ESG compliance, data protection, and commercial contract matters for multinational enterprises. She has a strong background in drafting and negotiating a wide range of transactional documents, including stock/asset purchase agreements, operating agreements, joint venture agreements, subscription agreements, disclosure schedules, and investment documentation.
